Konya Kayet, BSc., DCh.
Konya Kayet, the chiropodist at Newmarket Advanced Foot Clinic and Orthotics, has over 12 years of experience and has always had a keen interest in health care. She pursued her passion with a degree in Biology and Kinesiology from York University, followed by training as an Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician at George Brown College, and postgraduate studies in Chiropody at the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences. Her extensive training includes advanced biomechanics, gait analysis, orthotic fabrication, and soft tissue surgery.
Konya's clinical experience spans several esteemed institutions. She is dedicated to educating patients on preventive, conservative, and surgical foot care options, often presented at educational programs and mentored students. Registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, as well as being a member of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists, Konya is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice to provide the best quality foot care to patients of all ages.
Stephen Haber, DPM
Stephen Haber is a highly experienced podiatrist with almost 40 years in the field. He graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1981 and, after five years of practice in Toronto, established his Newmarket office in 1986. From 1985 to 2002, Stephen was part of a team of podiatrists at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre, working alongside orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, and a physiatrist.
He is a member and past vice president of the Ontario Podiatric Medical Association and currently serves on the council of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. Committed to excellence, Stephen incorporates advanced treatments such as Radial Shockwave, Cold Laser, and Magnetic Wave Therapy in his practice, ensuring top-quality care for all his patients.
